Welcome to EMS Athletics! Whether this is your first year participating, or you are an experienced veteran, this season of sports is going to be an exciting one. We are very lucky to have such capable coaches here at EMS to help all of our students succeed.

Estacada Middle School recognizes the value of athletics and its ability to engage students. EMS students participate in cross country, volleyball, basketball, wrestling and track and field.

The Athletic registration consists of forms that are mandated by the Oregon Schools Activities Association (OSAA), Estacada School District and Estacada Middle School Athletic Department. It is mandatory that all items (Registration, Physical & Fees) are completed in order to participate and must be received prior to first practice. If your family needs the fees waived, please complete the following waiver.

Please complete the following registration for each student athlete, this registration and fees must be completed for each sport they are wanting to participate in. A current physical is necessary and must be received before the 1st practice, the student may not participate in practice until a physical is received. Every student is required to have medical insurance. Athletic Fees are to be paid to the EMS Main Office prior to the start of the sport.
